AGROTICA keeps its long-standing biennial appointment with all sector professionals. This year AGROTICA presents all recent developments in the sectors of agricultural Machinery, Equipment and Supplies from around the world, strongly resisting the international crisis.
«Agriculture has changed», as the motto of this year’s event underlines. It keeps changing so as to comply with the relevant EU Directives and respond to the new conditions shaped around the world through globalisation and the international economic crisis.  Proving that it is the most important exhibition that promotes Agricultural Development and new Technological and Scientific advances in the whole of SE Europe, this year’s 23rd AGROTICA International Exhibition of Agricultural Machinery, Equipment and Supplies focuses on the most recent changes and trends of agricultural production, as proven by – among other things – the increased number of participants from the sectors of reproductive material and fertilizers in this year’s event.
In a similar tone, the 3rd AGROTICA Pan-Hellenic Conference (February 5 & 6), organised under the auspices of the Ministry of Agricultural Development and Food, is dedicated to «Alternative Energy Forms and Renewable Energy Sources», one of the most important issues of our times for modern Agriculture at present and in the immediate future.  All the above are, of course,  supplemented by a dynamic Hosted Buyers’ Programme and a wealth of parallel events held by major sector Associations, Organisations and Agencies, which make their dynamic presence felt at this year’s event.
At the 23rd AGROTICA there will be 1410 exhibitors from Greece and another 34 countries, namely: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey,  and the USA.
